Getting Started

We have finally been inspired by the Cardall and Lonergan Family Blogs and thought that it was about time we started our own. We have been busy this past week with Halloween and getting ready for Ryan's first birthday, which is quickly approaching. The weather was beautiful this past weekend so we decided to carve pumpkins. Ryan enjoyed playing with the goop and eating the carved out pumpkin pieces. He was intrigued and frustrated with how the goop was sticking to his hands. It was cute seeing him try to shake the stuff from his hands. Tonight (Halloween) we went over to Grandma and Grandpa's house to have dinner and to show off Ryan's costume and celebrate his birthday. Mari cooked a delicious cake which Ryan enjoyed very much. My parents were shocked at how he attacked the cake and actually ate some. It was a good time and Ryan enjoyed spending some time at Grandma and Grandpa's house.
