This week Ryan has finally stopped furniture surfing and is now walking on his own. He looks so grown up as he motors around the house. With his added mobility, it has also created more avenues of exploration (creating havoc and terror). Ryan loves reading his books, but what he loves more than reading is pulling them all off the shelf.

It only takes him a few minutes to make a ginormous mess. In the kitchen he also pulls everything out of the lower cupboards, climbs in, and shuts the door. Talk about hilarious. You walk into the kitchen and see everything out on the floor, but no Ryan. Then you hear some rustling in the cabinet and there he is. With this added mess making ability, we are teaching him how to clean up after himself. He is getting pretty good at it.

We also got some snow this last week. It was cute to see Ryan all bundled up in his winter gear. He was a little confused at the snowflakes as they fell, but enjoyed playing in it. This week was a cold one, but what else is new. It has been the trend for the past few weeks and is suppose to stay the same for this next week also.
