It's good, at least Ryan thinks so!
Last weekend we made some more jerky. I was enjoying a piece, when Ryan reached out for a taste. I rinsed it off, because it was pretty spicy, and he chewed and sucked on it for a while. It was great fun to watch!

The jerky is good! I gave Lily a piece of the mild that you sent, and she really liked it (surprise, surprise - she generally doesn't like any meat!). Your jerky was so good that it inspired Seth to make some. We've had jerky dehydrating all weekend!
