Mmmmmm Beef Jerky!

We've been craving beef jerky for a while, so when some meat went on sale, we bought a lot to use for jerky. I marinated it last night in some spicy bbq sauce, worcestershire sauce, red ppepper flakes, hot sauce, and chopped jalapeno peppers. It has been in the dehydrator all day and we are definitely anticipating its completion!
